Step 1 Download and Run the Emulator: Visit http://freevintagegames.com/.Now click on "Emulators" link. Now click on link that says "Click here for Game Boy Advance emulators". Now click on link to download the file "VisualBoyAdvance-1.8.0-beta3.zip". Once the emulator has downloaded, unzip the archive, and click on Visual Boy Advance icon to run the emulator.
Step 2 Download the ROM: Visit the site once more. Then click on the "Gameboy Advance" link from the "Roms (Games)" menu . Now use the keypad at the top of the page to browse to the game you want. This website has every single game ever made for the Game Boy Advance available for download.
Step 3 Running the ROM: Once the ROM has downloaded open it up in the Visual Boy Advance emulator, and your game should start enjoy!
